They could let one of those guys go (Quinn because of health if that proves to be an issue, Austin because he's really not a McVay puzzle piece).
(I don't see any issues at all with Brockers or Barron either way.)
So they could say bye to Quinn (depending) and/or Austin (depending), but...THEY DON'T HAVE TO.
They already have the 2018/19 space to sign Donald and Watkins and Tree. That;'s without any cuts.
I don't know if they HAVE to let any of them go. I definitely wasn't saying that.
I'm only saying that all four of them could be under consideration of being let go due to having large contracts and not being elite.
I don't think that statement is very controversial unless someone thinks that one of those guys is actually an elite player right now.
If they needed salary cap flexibility, reevaluating those four would be an obvious place to start.
