Teams are still going to stop the run first against the Rams until the Rams prove that they can hurt you even worse by passing.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Goff pass 40 times against the Colts. In fact, he probably ought to if the Colts do what is most probable and that is to shade everything to stop the run.

Heck, until Goff and his cohorts can prove themselves, it is the logical thing to do to force them to either run into 7 and 8 man fronts and fail, or pass the ball silly.
