not sure what we're arguing about

I know he has a temper under there but I'm not sure what else.

The brief time he was the OC in Chicago they didn't show much, and he hasn't been an OC since.

I knew why you mentioned him but thought you were reaching there.

He looks like he's been all over the place.

I was just had a minor disagreement with your esteemed friend FR about which offensive coaches could advise McVay if he ever needed it. I don't think it's just LaFleur.

I think Kromer's a guy McVay would listen to, and why not. Experienced guy who has been in several good offensive systems and has coordinator experience.

And for that matter, Greg Olson too. Same thing. Forgot about him.

I don't think McVay is surrounded by syncophants or incompetents, and I think he knows how to listen.

I just thought I would shoot that opinion off in response to FR...and then after that I don;t really think there's anything to argue about. We want McVay to be open to good critical input, he seems to be the type who can handle that, and he has a few offensive coaches who probably have good input. That IMO paints a win/win scenario.

But if you dont' agree that's fine...this is just not heavy debate territory.
