You're reading something that is not there in my post.
I said it looks like they turned it around from being "horrendous." The definition of horrendous is extremely unpleasant, or bad. With good coaching and the opportunity for them to play together, they ended up being a pretty good OL. The OL provided time for Goff and holes for Gurley and allowed the offense to thrive. We ended up with a very good offense thanks to this 'horrendous" unit.
I know it's frustrating, but it takes time for teams with a completely new coaching staff to come together. And particularly an OL needs with two new players needs time to get to know one another and jell. More than one preseason game.
I know it's hard in the society we live in that wants quick fixes and instant gratification. But there's no substitute for talented people working hard together to form a team.
