These are highlights so I'm sure that is part of it.
I just watched the week 17 Rams Cardinals game and Goff usually had about 1 to 1.5 seconds to throw before he was hit... which he almost always was. Usually if he could throw before 2 seconds he was OK to at least get the ball off. But there is no way he could trust the OL for more than 2 seconds. The few times he did he was sacked at about 2 seconds. Never saw where he held the ball longer than 3 seconds.
So, if the Rams OL could give Goff the 4 or 5 seconds or more that Taylor was getting in those clips, I think that would help. But I don't know where is development is.
Not trying to be a Goff apologist or make "excuses" for him. I'm sure I will regret posting it anyway.
