If you're McVay how do you approach this situation? Were it me, (you guys can give thanks that it isn't), I proceed RIGHT NOW as if AD is gone... not on the team. I don't think McVay/Wade has any choice, actually. And it has nothing to do with phony 'pressure' applied on AD to get him to sign.. it's simply what's best for the team and this coming season.
