He is not just a very good player but a leader on this team. He is certainly the emotional leader of that defense. Not sure Donald is that at all.

Do you realize that Ogletree nearly led the league in missed tackles for a LB last year? It's terrible for a defense when the MLB isn't a sure tackler.
I've watched AO the last few years, he may be the emotional leader but he's overrated. He's not a bad player but he isn't elite. I don't know yet if I would even call him very good.
And he's not anywhere close to Donald. The choice between them, if it came to that, is a no brainer. It's the difference between good and elite of the elite.
