You need a guy who is quick

the beat blocking FB's aren't usually the big hefty ones anyway. They have to be quick to get in the hole before the tailback. The big nasty FB's are usually used more in short yardage and goal line situations more as runners anyway. Quicker FB's can hit the hole in play action and be good receiving options as well.
