Goff just has to show moderate improvement to end the Cousins debate

If Jared can show some growth and potential this year, even if it's only for 5-7 wins that should put an end to the Cousins debate. You sign a guy like Cousins next year for Carr-type money then you better have a team that's ready to win it all right then. It will severely limit the money you have to re-sign and add talent to the roster. The Rams, I hate to say, are still building and having a starting QB who's a relative bargain, showing upside, is exactly where they want to be.
