Your reasoning on this is not very logical.
You're suggesting that Demoff has identified problems throughout the organization but has only addressed one of them in coaching.
I don't know anyone who works in a professional capacity that would do something so idiotic. Who would stand in front of their bosses and the world, announce problems and then do nothing to address them? Would you? It defies logic.
If you had no intention to address a problem you would keep it quite that you had one.
The fact that he announced an organizational failure to the world means that he thinks he has already solved it or is working on it. He may be bad at what he does but he's not an idiot.
Thus, the most logical scenario is that the organizational problems that Demoff was referring to have been addressed. If the problems at issue are hidden from those on the outside, the solutions will be hidden too.
Who knows, the problem he was referring to could be giving a HC the type of authority Fisher got. Maybe they vow to not do that again.
We're going to have to wait and see how things go with this new HC. If he fails, then Demoff would 0-2 on picking a coach and you would have enough to make your case.
As it is, I'm certain that you don't have enough ACTUAL knowledge to make a case that he is a nincompoop in making football decisions
