Quinn health an issue
Whitworth no youngster
At this point, I like the WR Cain.
There's only one ball and Cain has times where I don't see him much. Is it him or scheme?
But the cat certainly moves into first round consideration being the primary, and playing big on Saturdays
And I can't ignore Barkley. Just plays like one of those wood chipping machines, and eats field.
If the Rams are on the board at number 4?
Wheeling and dealing to move down would strike me as very wise.
Years of picking the wrong guy to lead their offensive line makes me sick.
Will need to get at least an above average LOT to groom.
oh yea.......it's july........
Good thoughts. My 2 cents:
I don't know if Quinn is going out. He will be in his 8th year in 2018. Assuming he can still play after 2 injured years, the 8th year is not so bad. Ware retired after his 12th year. Julius Peppers was still productive last season at OLB in his 15th year.
I would like to see a dedicated DE to play opposite Donald on the DL.
But CB and OT are high on the list too. So is safety since they probably won't keep both Joyner and Alexander and depending on the cost may not be able to keep either. Quite possibly LOLB since we don't know how long Barwin would be around or how fast if at all Ebukam develops.
They could use a center, maybe, depending on Eldrencamp, but Kromer has a history of getting centers low in the draft if not developing UDFAs.
That leaves space for a 1st round pick who is BPA (within reason depending on the positions we're talking about). The 1st rounder could be any one of the above, or other positions such as TE, WR, or maybe another lineman.
