Scrubs in the NBA make more then stars in the NFL.


I realize there are a lot less mouths to feed in the NBA, but you can see why NFL players think they should be paid....and the NFL made more then $7 billion more then the NBA last year.

Not entirely true, first to compare what they make you need to break down how many games they play to get their pay. 16 versus 82 is a HUGE difference. with that said these sports contracts are truly getting out of hand.

Curry's 40 mil per season 40,000,000 over 82 games = 487,804.878 per game

Carr's 25 Mil per season 25,000,000 over 16 games = 1,562,500 per game

I wish I could have just 20% per year what they get per game.

The NBA "salary cap" is a joke..... You can go over the cap if you just pay the fee. It's why the NBA itself is a joke itself these days.... There is about 4-5 teams that you can count on being in the final four these days. I don't consider All Star teams like Golden State true champions like I would in almost every other sport. They paid a lot of money for that trophy.

But what ever....I don't much watch that crap anymore anyways these days.
