I believe every word of this. Regardless of Young's talent, potential, ability or personality, I think Fisher did everything he could to make Young fail. Especially after Young was forced on him by the owner and even moreso after Young came in and turned around the Titans' season when Fisher was employing his "Case Keenum" plan back then.
Just because Young had problems doesn't mean Fisher didn't do some really crappy things to him.
