I think he can have a very good impact on the young OLBs they're trying to develop and being able to step in from day one knowing Phillips' scheme and style is a big plus. He averaged 8.2 sacks/season from 2011-2015 as an OLB and ideally he's an 8-sack guy this year for the Rams from LOLB.
