If I knew that TA was the 4th receiver or lesser receiver I would say Goff in the top 20 is a lock.
It's guys like TA who make stats of QB's like Goff better. Guys who can take short passes and make them in to big gains. If he does that from the slot & backfield and let the outside guys work the more conventional routes then Goff has a chance at top 20 status.
