Just how I see it. I buy into the idea that if (a) Phillips brings here what he has everywhere else, (B ) the OL is healthy and (C) the offense as a whole is merely "garden variety bad", say 28th in the league, vs. historically bad (2016) that they very well could win 8 or maybe 9 games.
Their schedule is not daunting. They still lack a true #1 WR and all that but simply a more complex, less predictable, more aggressive/modern offensive scheme should pay
some dividends.
