I wouldn't be so dismissive of Spruce, RFIP.
I believe that one of two things will happen.
Either Spruce makes the Ram 53, OR some other team snatches him up if he's released. He'll never make it to the PS. That's the reason that the Rams carried him on their roster for months last year before IR'ing him.
Spruce can play at this level.
