Projected update to Rams starting offense after Greg Robinson trade

As we head away from minicamp and into training camp, we took a look at the latest updates for the starting lineup on offense for the Rams.
Earlier today, Alden Gonzalez wrote about some slight changes to the offensive depth chart for the Rams. According to the report, the players who’ve received the most looks on first-string so far are as follows: Robert Woods, Cooper Kupp, Tyler Higbee and Mike Thomas.
Kupp would likely take over the slot receiver position, which would change the role of Austin to a more vertical receiver. Thomas has likely received the looks Austin would have received if he were not injured.
As such, it would not be a surprise to see Thomas see his role decrease quite a bit once Austin returns. However, Jared Goff says Mike Thomas still has a role with the team.
It’s interesting to see Higbee has received more of the first-team looks at tight end than rookie Gerald Everett, who may expect to start out of the gate. This is a situation worth monitoring as the offseason progresses towards training camp and then preseason.
Rob Havenstein originally switched from right tackle to right guard when Robinson moved to right tackle when the Rams signed Andrew Whitworth. Gonzalez adds Havenstein will stay at right guard and Jamon Brown will be a starter.
Robinson was not getting first-team snaps with Los Angeles before he was traded.

Wide receiver (X) – Robert Woods
Wide receiver (slot) – Cooper Kupp

Tight End (2) – Gerald Everett
Left Tackle – Andrew Whitworth
Left Guard – Rodger Saffold
Center – Tim Sullivan
Right Guard – Rob Havenstein
Right Tackle – Jamon Brown
