Nice piece.
I think a B is a solid and fair grade for the offseason at this point. It might go up pending development on rookies and second year players under this new coaching regime.
I think AG is a little harsh with his criticism of the lack still of a #1 WR, tbh. Given the lack of a 1st round pick, I think they did a marvelous job with Woods and Reynolds.
My biggest "concern" is still the second tagging of TruJo. And even that will evaporate if they can get him extended.
So, all in all, this is looking like a helluva good offseason for the Rams, to me. I would give them a B+, I think.
