McVay is one heck of a Football Coach.
The more I hear the guy talk and just the way he carries himself let's me know that "OUR RAMS FOOTBALL TEAM" is in good hands. Very good hands.
This team is going to Win early my fellow Ram Fans. Every team has question marks. Every team is not 100% perfect at every position.
My biggest worry or concern for success is our OFFENSE. McVay and Co. are changing that. They are implementing a system that is anti Fisher/Boras. That my friends will go a very long way in our turnaround of this team and franchise. This team will score points. This team will move the chains. When this happens, we will WIN.
