Wentz v. Goff was wildly debated then the Rams made a move to go to #1 and the Eagles made a move to go to #2.
And then WOW was there a lot of noise from guys who wanted Wentz the first few weeks of the season.
And then silence LOL.
Just like the noise around Manziel and Griffin recently.
Not comparing their styles, just the hype. And how it got silent after they fell apart in the NFL in different degrees of speed.
No player is EVER going to "redefine" the QB position. What changes the value or redefines a position is rules changes and almost all of those are not in favor of a running QB. They almost all favor the passing game, more specifically passing games with accurate passers and a corps of WR's that offer different skillsets and can run routes.
Any GM that is drafting a "running" QB is a moron. Mobile and nimble is one thing, running is another.
