It seems that Havs is now the fixture at RG. He hasn't been moved, and if you listen to McVay and to Havs, he has not been asked to move around.
I posted this elsewhere too, but here;s the short version---Kromer does not use guards in conventional ways and he has very specific ideas about what he wants in a guard and Hav IMO fits all of it.
Under Kromer, Hav is a guard.
