I mean, I do get it.. it's been explained to me... 'no time', 'restricted by rules'...but it's just one of those things that doesn't seem to have a good logical basis for having to be that way OR I SHOULD SAY... be there as 'restrictively'' as it currently is. Obviously there will be some discrepancy in rep time.
