It has to do with Kromer.
The minute they hired Kromer it was a power scheme.
So that depends on why they hired Kromer. Did they hire Kromer because they wanted power blocking? Or was Kromer the most qualified OL coach available so they hired him and therefore went with power blocking as a result?
Either way, the deal now is all Kromer.
