In fact 95% of sports interviews are really, really hard to make interesting.
There's only so many things you can say.
Most of the really great interviews happen during or just after adversity or when people quit and they can say what they want.
I personally wish they'd scrap the half time interviews when they get to ask the HC a couple of lame questions that tell you exactly the same as what you already know. 'We need to tighten our defense up' or 'We need to get the ball out to our receivers quicker'
Anyway, she was very bubbly and kept it rolling. But as an actual interview I was bored to death and couldn't get through it, which absolutely wasn't her fault.
So if Kupp admitted to homicide when he was 9 and high on paint fumes and Samson claimed to be once been married to a chick called Dalilah during the second half I really missed out and I take it all back.
There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.
