Elite? How many elite players do you think are in the league, let alone per team?
But the Rams have done well in many areas. For example, in 2012 they drafted 2 DBs and added a 3rd through undrafted free agency who all drew big 2nd contracts. Can you name another Rams team that got 3 top starters in the secondary in one draft year?
And of course there are remaining players to build with too. Not just those 3.
So it's far from being all bad.
