Yeah it's going to an uphill battle to achieve more than mediocrity....
But no one can look at stacks of lumber and bricks and be sure of any palace, ,,,except the architect maybe
They'll get a foundation laid this year and probably be competitive.
If some aspects or particular pieces are close to lights out ...Then we could have more than a solid piece of work within two years.
Worthy of some magazine covers again.
Don't expect too much excellence too fast.
