Good point about assessing McVay's eye for talent

You bring up good points Max. McVay has said he believes in the current roster of OL talent, was not a fan of Britt, Quick and Kendricks talent and he has hand picked their replacements.

So we shall see early on how good an eye for talent this young man has.

It's really a new dynamic. It's combining McVay's eye for talent with Snead's approach to evaluating talent. That's what we've got going on here.

It's been reported that Snead and McVay have spent very long hours into the night (in the bunker as Snead called it), preparing for this draft.
