missing Bennie Cunningham.
Must have felt that they could do better?
converting short downs is a nightmare.
Fisher first lost me when he decided to not go for against the Bill with a 4th and 4 at the Bills goal line. Crowd behind you; lack of offense; clock against us.
Harkey didn't have a great year. Probably his least effective since his being here. Not all on him.
Sean's created an opportunity to get Gurley going again.
He's also selected to bring in Justin Davis. He may be worthwhile UDFA
Malcolm Brown, and Aaron Green are a bit bigger. Brown ran better than Gurley at times. Green was injured?
This Lance Dunbar is another pint size RB
Justin Davis may or may not be a player. He's got flaws. He's got some upside. I think he'll play bigger than the scrubs if he gets on the field. But is he the answer on short yardage. Nope.
Rogers the FB is an opportunity waiting to happen. Looking to hit something. Find it refreshing that Sean sees this as a possible method to move the ball on the ground better, and in situations make sure his QB is clean. Don't want to rely on the TEs we have, minus Harkey, to keep Goff safe. One would think that FB might be the easiest gig to learn on offensive in the pros. Blocking is an attitude is everything. From what I've read Rogers has it.
