Just because he was not on the Fisher train doesn't make him a straight shooter to me. I'm seeing more cheerleading than straight shooting coming out of him with McVay and Goff.
He's reminding me more of Bernie at this point. The switch is either on or off for him and the agenda follows rather than a real thoughtful, objective analysis. He doesn't need to "criticize" per se, but he should also avoid the rote promotion until or unless there are some actual results to warrant it.
