LMU93's 2017 Draft list (258 this year...)

Back by popular demand... My annual aggregation of the draft prospects from the top draft sites (or the ones I happen to personally follow).

Disclaimers (as usual): This is all done in Excel so it's "accurate", yet not scientific or any better than anyone else's list... I came up with this 8-9 years ago after spending years printing out and trying to follow hard copy lists individually during the draft. By round 3 when things get moving fast it's hard to keep up or get a sense of what 'value' really remained. So I take the top (in this case nine) draft sites, total their rankings up, average them, and re-rank from lowest to highest average score. For example, Myles Garrett is rated 1st on all 9 sites, so his total score was 9, divided by nine an average of 1.0 which was of course best. Solomon Thomas totaled 35, an average of 3.89 which was 2nd overall. Etc.

None of the QBs are ranked as high as Goff was last year (6th overall) or Wentz (9th). Some of these lists only go up to 100, others I went much deeper and then adjusted the averaging. Hard to explain... Also had to account for a few weird things- like for example Joe Mixon was taken off both Mayock and Brandt's lists entirely. And safety John Johnson of BC wasn't anywhere in PFF's top 300... Stuff like that. And a couple sites mistakenly listed a player twice so I guessed where they probably made their error.

I went deeper this year (258 players total- a random number but seemed a logical place to stop) since the Rams draft is more "backloaded". The sites I used for 2017:
