Peppers has a history of struggles with cramping, a diluted test does not mean its an attempt to cover-up doping.

I saw the dude at the combine and he tested for two positions, and was heavily hydrating.

Its ridiculous that a kid would get labeled and go into the drug program for this.

Shame.
