The thing that worries me the most, is that he was sober

April 22, 2017 04:07AM
Seriously, the fact that he was stone cold sober means he was acting in character because no way was there the provocation to do what he did otherwise.

I have done some dumb stuff drunk in my youth. Although I was never violent other than to a wall in my apartment once, I have acted like a tool.

He seemed to want to go to lengths to say he was sober as though being drunk and hitting a woman was some how worse.

Don't get me wrong, alcohol is not an excuse and in no way, shape or form would I be condoning his actions if he had have been hammered.

BUT, I'd rather be dealing with a guy who couldn't hold his liquor than one who was violent to woman in his normal state.

There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.

Is there any evidence of his actions/character before and after this event?

You can bet that the "meeting and apology accepted" were part of the civil suit settlement
