I've been reading this book. Excellent book on leadership, In particular when it comes to football. As I read became very apparent that many of the things Coach McVay says have roots with Bill Walsh. It's interesting to hear why Bill Walsh believed in these philosophies and how many have been applied to our Rams already. It also gives us a hint how these philosophies will be applied going forward. Very interesting read...
