Nobody is really a close second. He's the only QB in this draft I'd spend a first or second round pick on. Okay, I "might" go as high as a second for Watson. There are a lot of things I love about him, but don't like the offense. But Kizer, without question in my mind, is the most purely gifted with the best footwork and technique in the draft. He's coming out too early and certainly has things to work on, but he's still better prepared to play in the NFL than any of the other draftable QB prospects this year.
