The guy also seems interested in improving based on the off-season work he did on his own last year. Maybe the new coaching staff can figure out how to get him to translate his training over to the playing field. I seem to remember GRob making a comment about wanting (needing?) someone to get on his a@@ and push him to perform. I'm thinking the new staff will be more than willing to do whatever it takes.
