Blinkscout Final 5 tech 2017 list

this is my definition of a 5 tech, so it may have zero to do with our new system if they are playing a different 3-4 than I think of ... These are big long players that can have some pass rush ability, but mainly occupy and frustrate with wingspan. I wil be putting Allen here AND in DE because I believe he is a top 5 prospect at either position. Solomon Thomas is not ... he's a DE for me.
