A good, not great, player that solidified what was an abysmal position for the Rams for 7 years before his arrival. Steady, durable, smart, but not flashy. Critiqued for not making Sports Center plays but was the center of some good defenses. His prime was 2010-2014 when he averaged over 120 tackles, had 13.5 sacks, 7 fumble recoveries, 7 INTs and 27 PD. I recall him dropping 3 or 4 INTs too. One of the more productive LBs in the league over those five years. And the only Ram in team history with 10+ INTs and 15+ sacks.
Fell off pretty quickly in 2015 with the Rams and 2016 with the Saints.
