I think Fisher's loose treatment wasn't the right fit for previous years. Veterans that have earned your respect I understand. But the youngest team in the league needs to have the tone set for them and it didn't seem like he did that.
Intensity is the perfect approach for a new coach after a loose coach. It gets their attention right away and they all better get moving. And the draft and UDFA will bring in more players, so there's going to be come cuts soon.
