None of the stereotypical Millennial McVay's words, looks, anything matters to me. Slick talk is cheap and untucked shirts even cheaper. The only standard I have is: can he make the Rams into a winner? He could dress like Michael Jackson or have all the suave of Columbo for all I care if he can produce a championship Rams team.

Agree with you that results matter. But I don't mind enjoying the ride as we go along. We're in the very early stages and McVay is certainly the kind of guy I can excited about. And right now - with his first season 5 months off - it's good enough for me.
