1. Solomon Thomas, Stanford - Burst and quickness at the snap is outstanding. ++ snap recognition. +++ run/pass awareness. Stacks, sheds, and makes the tackle. Needs to develop more hand techniques as a pass rusher. Relentless motor. Tested outstanding.
2. Marshon Lattimore, Ohio State - Freaky burst and second gear. +++ ball skills/instincts. Lots of bounce. Extremely fluid. Very good length. Meh vs the run. Will be a guy you can have shadow an opponents top pass option and game plan without worries about help.
3. Malik Hooker, Ohio State - Truly rare range as a deep defender. +++ ball skills/instincts. Needs work on downhill run angles but willing and aggressive tackler.
Overall Thomas gives you a TON of scheme/sub package versatility and he's just a pup still developing. Even with that he's already a monster vs the run. Lattimore is simply a shutdown CB. Hooker expands your options in the secondary because he's smart and covers so much ground.
