But that unusual deepness applies to the earlier rounds too. IOW, the ratio of finding a starter in the 2nd vs. the 4th would remain unchanged. Right?
If we want to ensure a quality starter, it's much greater odds doing it earlier in a deep or shallow draft. And 4th round odds are still low. Of course the last point is debatable depending on exactly how deep the draft is. I'll grant that.
