the day he was drafted and the spot he was drafted at by many posters. Now if he had panned out of course he would be heralded, but he did not do that. I still to this day think that although a lot of his doings were his own, I feel that a lot was also on the way he was brought into the pro game.
He was ignored for some time, now whether that was due to him being slow, or the staff being slow...only they really know the answer. I thought he worked hard (or he would not have taken to blocking the way he did), he stayed out of trouble, he did show ability. I would not be surprised if he actually did somethings for the skins......
I can say this IMO.....I found it troubling that not only Quick was slow in being developed......every WR we drafted was in the same boat....and TA is still floundering as well.....IMO that seems to point somewhat at who was doing the teaching (or lack of teaching)........
If TA gets a grasp this season, and if Quick gets a grasp this season then it may answer my question on the staff we had in place?
