I’d define good as starting WRs that will be very productive in the right system. A none scrub. It doesn’t have to be a #1 type IMO; #2 WRs can also be labeled good.
Your description of Godwin and Kupp thriving in a system fit my definition of good.
I interpreted Alyo’s statement to say that all of the WRs but the top 2 would be scrubs and not worth a pick. Maybe I misunderstood.
