it will be as part of a move up in the draft IMO. And even that is a longshot. No way a team like Dallas is going to view paying him top money as more desirable than just drafting a couple CBs, not to mention giving up a pick for him.
But I do think that if the Rams try to move into the latter half of round one packaging Tru and their round 2 pick is something they'll try. And at that point a team like Dallas might figure "why not" since they could nab a CB and suddenly look pretty solid at the position. Would depend of course on who they're looking at, and whether they see a lot of dropoff to where the Rams are picking.
