I agree. If the OL and Goff develop, all the skill players mentioned will "come through." If not, then no.. They'll go nowhere otherwise. And that's partly why Whitworth made sense. They need immediate, day one significant improvement on the left side of that line.

I don't expect Goff to have a 95-100+ QB rating in 2017. I think 80-85 is reasonable. Again IF the OL does its part..
