I think it is apparent that Groy would be an upgrade. I would say a MAJOR upgrade but I'm just basing it off of what I see. I hope the Rams can get him, it would be significant, IMO... at least compared to Barnes... who appears to have tried really hard but just not capable.
Disturbingly, Robert Woods seemed almost nonexistent.
