You never heard one complaint about the enormous size of Martz's playbook, or the install in one camp, because he was a great teacher and had all his coaches on the same page. Not only did his players understand the scheme and diverse amounts of formations and plays to include new ones every week, but they also had great awareness of what the goal was in how they were attacking each opponent.

Of course with Fish that was all we heard, the concerns from him on how they do the install and reinstall and the worry over language. But I don't think that stuff is going to be a problem with this staff. I believe we have the staff in place right now to give the players the advantage they need, it's going to come down to how many of these median holdover types step it up.
