My point was that its very rare these days for small school players to sneak through the cracks of scouts and draftniks anymore. There are more and more scouts every year, more and more footage available of small school players, etc. etc. Everyone in the scouting community knows who everyone is these days. Years ago it wasn't like that.
Now that doesn't mean teams wont continue to pass up on a handful of them for whatever their reasons. That will never end.
