USC and UCLA fan
and I do think that JuJu may suffer some when measured.
I will say that Darieus Rogers is a true sleeper, and may well be worth a late round selection; certainly grab him off the street if that indeed ends up happening
back to JuJu
even with his flaws, he's good bet to be a terrific go to guy, and probably able to get deeper than one might think. If he is a Britt, I'd be thrilled to have him
Britt ran a 4.49 at the combine.
If JuJu or even Mike Williams runs that for stop watches, it will go a long way towards helping their stock.
the scouts hated his "no-show" in the Alabama game. He was a vanishing act there. He certainly redeemed himself as the season went along, and perhaps the real question there was the QB. Still, I love guys that show up when it counts the most and the lights are brightest.
That's why guys like Jordan Leggett stick with me. Make those epic plays when they count. Considering the level of talent the Trojans faced over the course of the season, i'd bet JuJu does well in the pros.
that all said.......Kiper thinks the talent is heavy at tight end. I am unsure of Higbee, and very down on Hemmingway. List out guys like Njoku or Leggett, Engram. Could the Rams be looking to a real "TE" body to punch into the mix with that 2nd rounder? If they sign Trumaine, one would think the pick goes to offensive ball handler early.
btw, cooper kupp may dip to the third round. going to make for an interesting bit of draft boarding for clubs.
